DNM Coaching and Consulting was born out a passion for seeing organizations and individuals grow into the best versions of themselves. I spent nearly 40 years in the banking world, mostly from the financial management side of bank, and always in leadership positions.
I love the Lewis Carroll quote, “If you don’t know where you are going, any road can get you there.” Without a clear goal, clear strategic vision, a strong mission and vision, and clearly identified core values, organizations and individuals may meander aimlessly.
When I retired from banking, I completed my Masters of Organizational Leadership with a focus on Executive and Workplace Coaching, then received the ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation.
My goal is simply to help individuals and organizations to identify and reach their goals, in a timely and efficient manner.
